Founded in Dubai, UAE in 2015, Marjason Consulting specialises in Organisational Resilience offering training and consultancy services in accordance with international standards (e.g. ISO 22301, ISO 22361, BCI GPG) and national GCC standards (e.g. DGA Saudi Arabia, UAE NCEMA 7000) in:

  • Business Continuity Management (BCM)
  • Incident Response and Crisis Management
  • And related fields (such as Risk Management, Cyber Resilience, IT DR)

Marjason Consulting provides full implementation services incl. exercise facilitation in order to validate Response Plans.


The company is affiliated with the Canadian Accreditation Body PECB as well as the British Accreditation Body BCI to offer certified training in BCM and Crisis Management.

Tim is Fellow of the Business Continuity Institute (BCI) and an Approved BCI Instructor. After an illustrious career with the Metropolitan Police Service, London, UK he founded Marjason Consulting DWC-LLC in 2015.

Corina is a Marketing and Operations specialist and holds a Diploma in Marketing Communication as well as the Certificate of the Business Continuity Institute (CBCI). Prior to joining Marjason Consulting, she worked in the manufacturing industry in Europe and the UAE.

TIM MARJASON FBCI



Prior to setting up his boutique resiliency consultancy in 2015, Tim was a Chief Inspector and the former Head of Corporate Business Continuity Management for the Metropolitan Police Service, New Scotland Yard, London. Tim has been working with various organizations across all industries in the Middle East and internationally, supporting them with the establishment, implementation and improvement of their Business Continuity Management Systems and Crisis Management capabilities.



Raouf Riahi MBCI



Throughout his career Raouf has worked in the Business Continuity, Security and Crisis Management fields with international organizations across all sectors. Raouf is a winner of the BCI Africa awards in 2021 and 2022 and the Vice Chair of the BCI North and West Africa Chapter. With more than 25 years of experience he understands the challenges that organizations face in the resilience subject across all sectors.



Huda Al-Rasheed MBCI



Huda brings over 10 years of experience in building and managing Business Continuity Management systems. She is a highly accomplished professional who has successfully guided organizations to ISO 22301 certification. As an Approved BCI Instructor, Huda demonstrates that her deep industry knowledge, along with her strong training and coaching skills, are essential to delivering effective and impactful Business Continuity Management Systems.



Abdullah Al Hour FBCI



During more than 20 years in business continuity, IT disaster recovery & service continuity management, risk management and information security Abdullah has held leadership positions in setting up and progressing BCM Systems, locally, regionally and internationally. Abdullah is an accomplished professional and leader driven by vision, results, and ethics.



Thomas Bennett FBCI



During his career Tom has evolved into a Resilience SME working in the voluntary sector, local authorities and private businesses in the UK and a major Oil & Gas company in the UAE. In 2022 Thomas won the BCI Global Resilience and Continuity Professional (Public Sector) Award following the BCI Middle East Award in the same category.



Sachin Kumar MBCI



Sachin is a well established BC, Risk Management, and Information Security Professional. He holds several certifications, including CISA, CIRM, PMP, and ISO 22301 LI. Beyond his technical acumen, Sachin has successfully managed numerous projects, authored key organizational policies, and implemented cutting-edge tools for crisis communication and BC automation.



Hatim Bilal FBCI



Hatim’s expertise in resilience is particularly focused on the banking and telecommunications sectors. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for Business Continuity Planning, Cyber Resilience Maintenance, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Team Training & Leadership, Performance Evaluation & Management and Risk Analysis & Mitigation. His contributions have supported Crisis Management and Business Continuity Senior Directors in delivering robust resilience frameworks.



David Bollaert FBCI



David is a resilience professional with over 20 years of experience leading enterprise-wide programs across sectors such as finance, government, healthcare, and telecommunications. His expertise spans BCM, IT disaster recovery, crisis and pandemic management, supply chain resilience, and regulatory alignment with frameworks like NCEMA, NRC, PRA, and DORA. David has delivered major projects for high-profile organizations in the GCC.



Mohamed Hassan MBCI



Mohamed is a resilience and GRC expert with 25+ years of leadership in BC, risk, and crisis management across key sectors. Mohamed has held senior roles in international consulting and technology firms. He is a PgMP, MBCI, and PECB Certified Trainer, holding numerous certifications. As Vice Leader of the BCI Saudi Arabia Chapter, he actively promotes resilience awareness and skills development through national initiatives and community engagement.
