We assist organisations in anticipating and assessing their risks, determining impacts to the business and identify appropriate solutions and strategies. We develop framework plans and Incident and Crisis Response arrangements, perform gap analyses and review existing capabilities including Crisis Communications and Media Response Plan arrangements.

We review your existing capabilities and create customised Incident Response and Crisis Management training sessions according to your organisational requirements (e.g. 2 hour awareness sessions or 2-3 day courses). We also offer Crisis Communications, Media Spokesperson and Media Awareness training. Our experienced and accredited instructors also deliver certified courses.

International best practice is to exercise & test, maintain & review an organisations response capabilities on an ongoing basis and at least once annually as a minimum. We can assist in testing and exercising existing plans based on realistic scenarios (e.g. fire, country evacuation, cyber attack, pandemic or natural weather event). We ensure that your staff and response arrangements are up to date, so that your organisation is ready to respond to and recover from any disruption or crisis event in a professional and effective way.
